 About Make-up Exams

Dear Students,
 
Students who cannot take the 2021-2022 spring semester midterm exams due to an excuse can take the make-up exam, provided that they apply in accordance with the provisions of the "IGU Associate and Undergraduate Education-Teaching and Exam Regulations".
 
''Article 25: (4) (Amendment: OG-13/6/2018-30450) Students who cannot take the midterm exam due to their excuses apply to the relevant dean's office/directorship with a petition within one week at the latest from the date of the expiry of their excuse, provided that they document their excuses. . Students who are absent due to the excuse period are not entitled to make-up exams. Make-up exams are held on the dates specified in the academic calendar for students whose excuses are accepted by the relevant administrative board. There is no make-up exam for the final exams.
 
Article 25: (5) (Amendment: OG-13/6/2018-30450) The medical reports taken for the make-up exam due to health problems must be obtained from full-fledged state or university hospitals. After the report hour, the exams taken by the report student during the reporting period are cancelled. Exams taken before the report time will not be cancelled.”
 
Students whose excuses are valid among the students whose exam times coincide are given the right to take a make-up exam, provided that they submit a petition.
 
For the make-up exam application, you can apply to the SHMYO Secretariat located in C Block Floor 2 after completing the attached form and preparing it with a wet signature.
 
Important note: Reports must include date, time, protocol number or barcode. The application deadline is 22.04.2022 at 17.00.
