Rise in Turkey's socio-economic level also increases the demand for the cosmetics industry. The cosmetics sector, which is among the fastest growing sectors in the last decade, is also creating a new profession for the students with the departments for this field in universities. Regions and aims to be one of the emerging areas of the world in the cosmetics sector in Turkey has grown in this area and the need for specialized human resources is also increasing day by day. Hair Care and Beauty Services program with its close ties with the sector professionals and intensive program contents aims to train innovative, entrepreneurial staff who have a customer-oriented, functional mindset, teamwork, and industry needs.
Education should be widespread in the cosmetics sector, and training should be as practical as it is theoretical. Sector representatives should also be able to close the staff vacancy and collaborate with universities, especially during the internship stage, for the creation of qualified labor force. The industry and educational institutions should show parallel work in order to increase student achievement.
The most appropriate message I can pass on to our students is as follows: Do not look at a single window during your time at university. Spend a disciplined, principled education and training period by taking advantage of the possibilities offered by the Hair Care and Beauty Services program. Make a plan and plan to reach your goals. Develop your social skills and try to improve your competence in different areas. Plan what you want to do; try to increase your competence in different areas.
