Health, according to the definition of the World Health Organization, is not only the prevention of diseases; it is also considered as a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being. Due to the pandemic process, there are difficult days in the world physically and socially. There is a relationship between obesity and physical inactivity, which is one of the important problems of our revolution. Obesity, in particular, has emerged as a more significant risk factor in recent years.


 Nutritional disorders, which we define as physical inactivity and malnutrition, are among the leading causes of death worldwide. increase the level of physical activity; It is very important in quarantine periods and other periods in order to stay healthy and strengthen the immune (immune) system. Balance exercises, strength exercises, control exercises (repositioning of things, sit-ups, walking, etc.), which can be safely practiced at home, are beneficial for maintaining and maintaining health.
 
Applied Covid treatments only include the provision of symptomatic treatment and the prevention of existing complications. For this reason, the most important goal is the prevention of covid. With these measures, it is aimed to reduce exposure to covid and strengthen the immune system.
